Sparklight Group is an indigenous organization  engaged in Engineering Consultancy, Property Development, & Management, Real Estate Development, manufacturing of building materials and furniture. 

The provision of housing for the teeming population of Nigeria has gone beyond the sole responsibility of government. The need for the private sector to contribute their quota gave birth to Sparklight Group which started with one of its companies, Sparklight Engineering Company Limited in 1986.

 
This was followed by Amide Clay Industries (Nigeria) Limited which was incorporated in 1989.
Sparklight Property Development Company Limited was established in 1996, with the primary task of Real Estate Development, Property Marketing & Management. 

A. A. Design, a firm of planners and Consulting Engineers followed.

The need for the Group to use standard materials at regulated cost made it necessary for her to via into the production of some building materials.

Labade Furniture specializes in woodwork while Amide Bricks mass produces quality burnt bricks via a semi-mechanized process.
