Sparklight Property Development Company Limited is an indigenous firm of Property Developers and Estate Managers actively involved in the development of both residential and commercial properties all over the nation. The company was incorporated in 1996 as a subsidiary of Sparklight Engineering Company Limited (SCEL) but has now assumed a status of a sister company by virtue of an increase in share capital and expansion of operations.

The need for government, corporate bodies and individuals to embark on mass housing development has consistently been emphasized by successive governments in Nigeria, who have in turn been initiating policies aimed at making the provision of housing easy for all Nigerians. A recent example is the increase of the National Housing Fund (NHF) loan from N1.5 Million to N5.0 Million ceiling as well as the creation of Estate Developers’ loan by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN).

The professional services handled by the company aside Estate Development includes but not limited to:

ACHIEVEMENTS
Sparklight property Development Company Limited maintains a commendable track record in the development of various properties both housing estates and shopping complex. In the last three years, we have developed and sold over 650 units of houses nationwide.

As a testimony to our achievements, we are presently under an arrangement to solely provide post-service housing need for Officers and Men of The Nigerian Air Force. We are a member of Real Estate Developers Association (REDAN) and a proud beneficiary of the Developer’s loan from Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

Among the Estates so far developed by the company are:

Kings Court Estate, Abuja – Phase1

This Estate covers an area of approximately2.5 hectares. It is located at Jabi District Cadastral Zone B10, Abuja. It provides 120 units of housing accommodation, 40% of which is reserved for the Officers and Men of The Nigerian Air Force under the Post Service Scheme.


		Kings Court Estate, Annex This is 1.24 hectares of land adjoining the Phase 1. It was developed under a joint Venture arrangement with the land owner. It has 60 Units of housing accommodation.

		Sparklight Estate (now Lakeshore Estate), Isheri Lagos Located at Isheri along Lagos – Ibadan Expressway. It covers an area of approximately 20 hectares and accommodates houses for both medium and high-income citizens of the nation. It has 450 units of housing accommodation.



			Stallion Court, Oko Oba Lagos This is a Mini Estate of about 10 No. Executive 3 Bedroom fully Detached Bungalow. It is located within True Vine Estate at New Oko Oba, Agege. It has 15 units of housing accommodation.



Ola-Iya Estate, Badagry This is equally a Mini Estate of about 10 units of accommodation for both medium and low-income group.

OGD-Sparklight Estate, Magboro, Ogun State This is one of the on-going projects sitting on about 25 hectares which is expected to accommodate not less than 400 housing units. It is a joint venture project with Gateway City Development Company Ltd., an Ogun State Government owned company.
